Upgrading to a private property is easier in 2012 than in 2019.
The upgrading gap is widening significantly. Simple put, HDB value depreciates over the years while private property value appreciates.
This has made it so much harder for a lot of our clients who were previously eligible to upgrade to a private with ease.
